Immunization Location Update
The Caring Van is parked in front of the Enrollment Center on the north side of the Shawnee Board of Education Building.
Shawnee families, we have no-cost immunizations for children with SoonerCare or without health insurance available today, Thursday, July 27, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Caring Van will be in front (east side) of the Shawnee Board of Education building at 326 N. Union. Visit our Nursing Health Services page on our website for more details.
Shawnee Parents, it is almost time to update important information for the 2023-2024 school year.
Parents of students at Shawnee Early Childhood Center, Horace Mann, Jefferson, Sequoyah, and Will Rogers can re-enroll their students at their school sites during these days and times:
July 24-26, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
July 27, 1-7 p.m.
Parents should bring the following items during re-enrollment:
photo ID;
a current utility bill (water, gas, electric, etc.) or lease agreement/mortgage bill; and
any legal documents regarding custody or guardianship.
Students who are new to the district should complete all registration steps with the SPS Enrollment Center first before going to the elementary school site.
Re-enrollment for Shawnee Middle School students is set for Aug. 3, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 4-7 p.m. Schedule pickup for Shawnee High School is Aug. 4, 9 a.m.-noon for grades 11-12, and 2-6 p.m. for grades 9-10.
