Dear Shawnee Public Schools Families, Staff, and Community Members,
As we begin the important process of selecting the next superintendent of Shawnee Public Schools, the Shawnee Board of Education is committed to ensuring that this decision reflects the priorities and values of our entire community. To achieve this, we have contracted Oklahoma State School Boards Association (OSSBA)’s resources to assist with our search, and we are inviting you to participate in a ThoughtExchange survey to share your input.
This anonymous survey will be open from February 10 through February 21, 2025, and will allow us to gather valuable feedback on the qualities, priorities, and leadership traits you believe are most important for our next superintendent. Your voice matters, and we want to honor your choice by making this a transparent and inclusive process.
We are using ThoughtExchange, an AI-powered engagement platform that helps organizations collect and analyze feedback from large groups of people. This tool ensures that all voices are heard and considered, making the selection process more inclusive, transparent, and aligned with our community’s needs and expectations.
