The Shawnee High School drama department is bringing the beloved musical Mamma Mia! to the stage, offering a performance filled with classic ABBA hits, energetic choreography, and a heartwarming story.

Students will have a special opportunity to enjoy the show on March 13th, while the public is invited to attend performances on March 14th at 7:00 PM and March 15th at both 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. All performances will take place at the Shawnee High School Performing Arts and Athletics Center.

Directed by Kendra Butler, with McKenzie Graves serving as musical director, the production showcases the incredible talent of Shawnee High School’s student performers. The visually captivating set, designed by local artist Leanne Henry Wright, was made possible through a generous $500 donation from Sovereign Bank, helping bring the world of Mamma Mia! to life.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students, promising an affordable evening of entertainment for the whole community.
