Shawnee High School recently hosted the Wolf Extravaganza, an event designed to introduce 8th graders from across the community to the many opportunities available at SHS. During the school day, 300 8th-grade students from local schools visited the high school, where they heard from representatives about various academic programs, extracurricular activities, and athletic opportunities. That evening, parents were invited to learn more about what SHS has to offer their students.
Senior Kanynn Kaseca shared an inspiring message about her journey at Shawnee High School, stating, "Shawnee High isn't just a school—it's a place where potential is cultivated, friendships are formed, and leaders are made." She encouraged students to "seize every opportunity that comes your way," and to "embrace the challenges and never shy away from taking risks."
Pre-enrollment for incoming freshmen is now open. More information can be found on the Shawnee High School website at
