Dear Shawnee Public Schools Families,
In light of the winter weather conditions, all district schools and offices will be closed on Friday, January 10th for a snow day. The safety of our students, staff, and families remains our highest priority, and this decision was made after a thorough evaluation of weather forecasts and road conditions and in collaboration with our other local school districts.
All school buildings will be closed on Friday, January 10th.
Extracurricular activities and events scheduled for Friday, January 10th are canceled.
We want to ensure that all of our SPS families stay safe during this time. Please avoid unnecessary travel and take precautions to remain warm and secure.
