Shawnee High School celebrated its Fall Homecoming on Friday, October 18th, at Jim Thorpe Stadium. This year's theme, "There's No Place Like Homecoming," added a magical touch to the festivities, with the Homecoming King and Queen crowned in a special ceremony held before kickoff.

Candidates included:

Football - Deetrick Beavers and Demery Hodges

Drama - Camden Sateren and Tatum Ryan

Cheer - Brooklyn Moody

Volleyball - Jordan Tash

Softball - Destini Richards (Junior Representative)

Cross Country - Isaiah Smith

Swim - Gracyn Simpson and Jun Gao (Sophomore Representative)

Esports - Dillon Collett

Band - Evelyn Miner, Isabella Neely, and Jaiden Evans

FFA - Feather McCosar and Luke Stafford

Football representative, Deetrick Beavers was crowned as the 2024 Fall Homecoming King, and representing Lady Wolves volleyball, Jordan Tash was crowned Queen.

The evening was made even more exciting as the Shawnee Wolves protected their house with a win over Durant,  with a final score of 28-7. The community came together to celebrate both the homecoming tradition and the team's victory.
