A Message from the Superintendent

Dear Shawnee Families,

What an honor it is for me to serve as the superintendent of Shawnee Public Schools. This district has a long and proud tradition of success, and I am grateful our Board of Education has entrusted me to lead our schools. My goal as your superintendent is to earn your trust every day.

I understand that families are making a choice to send their children to Shawnee Public Schools, and I will honor and respect that choice. I look forward to serving a community that has given me so much over the years, and I am excited to work with the entire community to do what is best for students, staff and families.

Not only am I an employee of Shawnee Public Schools, I am also a parent. My family's decision to move to Shawnee means that my own children will be learning and growing alongside your students. I know Shawnee is the community I want my family to call home.

Thank you for the privilege of serving you and this community as your superintendent. I look forward to working with all of you to make Shawnee Public Schools a place everyone wants to call home.

Sincerely,
